The wonders of the natural world. The Master Artist has surrounded us with His “gallery”. ....and in 3D..........!!!!! He has truly brought many of his works “to Life!” The greatest artists of our terrestrial orb have never accomplished that.
To aspire to such would indeed be “chasing the wind”. But to use God’s blessings of time, talent and raw materials to create useful and eye-pleasing works is a gift that can be used to His glory .
Having long been involved in musical pursuits, in 1995 (at the age of 37) ... painting got my attention. Specifically drawn to portraits, I sought instruction from a wonderful local artist who taught me “how to see” . When she first used that phrase, I was bewildered....then, in time..... enlightened.
While I still have a lot of “learning how to see” left to be accomplished, I have come to believe that artists often do possess a different perspective on the information that falls upon their retinas .....{and eardrums.} The artists’ perspectives are distinguishable from one another....the earth keeps whirling around....and is a little bit better as we each, use our God-given gifts, to His glory.
